Job Summary
- Are you a goal-driven professional with strong marketing and sales skills? A leading Microfinance Bank is hiring Business Development Officers to drive customer acquisition and loan portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote the bank’s products and services to potential customers.
- Drive account opening and customer onboarding.
- Develop quality risk assets (loans) while ensuring compliance.
- Monitor disbursed loans and ensure the recovery of at-risk portfolios.
Requirements
- Minimum of a First Degree or equivalent.
- 2-3 years experience in similar role
- Strong marketing and business development skills.
- Ability to work in Ikeja, Mile 12, Jankara, and Kara.
- Must be proactive and results-oriented.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
