Job Title: Inventory and Procurement Officer

Description

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Procurement Officer to manage stock levels, supplier relations, and procurement processes efficiently.
• You will ensure timely purchasing, inventory accuracy, and cost-effective sourcing.

Essential Job Functions

• Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for quality and cost efficiency.
• Process purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Conduct stock audits and update inventory records.
• Collaborate with departments to forecast procurement needs.
• Asset management and maintenance.
• Manage and communicate procurement and inventory policies.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree / HND in any relevant field with 2-4 years work experience.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management and ERP systems.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to use Google Suite (Docs, Sheets etc).
