Job Summary

• We are in need of a dynamic Maintenance Officer, who will be responsible for analyzing equipment maintenance history, optimizing spare parts inventory, and ensuring efficient procurement strategies.
• This role requires close collaboration with maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment maintenance history to determine spare parts requirements.
• Develop and implement effective spare parts inventory management strategies.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and prioritize spare parts needs.
• Research and recommend alternative spare parts suppliers to reduce costs.
• Monitor and report on spare parts usage, lead times, and supplier performance.
• Implement and maintain inventory management software and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
