Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Finance Manager to lead our finance team and oversee all financial aspects of our organization.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance, managing financial risks, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective financial management.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and commodity price risks.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and board of directors.
•  Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures.
• Manage the organization's cash flow and ensure effective cash management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of financial management and leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and standards.

Salary
N500,000 - N550,000 per month.
