Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage inventory, budgets, and ensure cost-effective practices
- Uphold high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction through innovative initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Key Qualifications
- 3 - 5years Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and inventory management.
- Passion for customer service and excellence.
