Job Title: Customer Service Trainee
Location: Lagos
About the Role
- As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with a variety of inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- This role offers the chance to develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a positive attitude
- Assist with troubleshooting common issues and guide customers through solutions
- Update and maintain accurate customer records
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and track resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- Provide feedback on customer trends
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Strong problem-solving ability and proactive approach
- Passion for helping people and providing great service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers.
