Job Overview

• Our client is redefining global hiring, compliance, and payments with AI-driven solutions and is looking for an experienced and hands-on Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our core operations as we scale.
• You’ll be responsible for overseeing finance, HR, customer success, compliance, legal, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Execution: Optimize business operations, ensuring smooth execution of Entrova’s vision and processes.
• Finance & Budgeting: Manage the company’s finances, budgeting, and revenue strategies. Support fundraising efforts with financial reports.
• People Management: Hire and manage the first 20 employees, ensuring strong HR practices and a high-performance culture.
• Growth & Strategy: Develop strategies to expand across markets, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with global labour laws.
• Strategic, hands-on leader with strong team management and financial skills.
• Highly organized, process-driven, and results-focused.

Skills and Competencies:

• Leadership experience in a tech startup or similar role.
• Knowledgeable about global hiring regulations, HR compliance, and labour laws.
• Background in HRTech, FinTech, or B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with cross-border payments and global compliance.

Salary
N1,000,000 - N1,500,000 Monthly.
