Job Description

• We're hiring a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our Modern Distribution division.
• This role entails managing a sales team, driving growth through modern retail channels, and ensuring effective sales strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales representatives to achieve targets.
• Develop strategic sales plans to expand market share in modern trade.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences for growth opportunities.
• Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and enhance profitability.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and initiatives.

Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business / Marketing; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in modern trade sales management with proven revenue growth.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with analytical prowess in sales and market trends.
• Knowledgeable in retail operations, consumer behavior, and competition.
• Proficient in CRM, MS Office, and sales analytics tools.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
