Job Title: General Manager

Responsibilities
- As key management representative to plan, organize, and direct the overall manufacturing operation of the facility to ensure a high level of effectiveness in meeting and exceeding customer service expectations in quality, on-time delivery, flexibility, and responsiveness.
- Managing throughput, productivity, and overall labor efficiencies to meet revenue objectives and lower the cost structure
- Communicate and implement business goals through the site management team
- Develop and manage the site budgets and lead and drive change that affects the site
- Ensure compliance with company, customer and legal standards
- Develop site strategy and prioritized business goals build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Driving the continuous improvement programs to improve quality, reduce scrap and overall facility costs to meet gross profit targets
- Determining and managing the performance goals for employees to enhance the facilities ability to meet objectives established by the corporation while enhancing employee morale
- Vetting suppliers and optimizing supplier costs and harnessing relations Participate in developing the supply chain strategies and business plans
- Actively supporting the Company policies, procedures, and workplace rules including environmental, health, and safety objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business preferred.
- 10-15 years of progressive managerial experience as General Manager / Operations Manager.
- Proven knowledge of multi layer film, process / bag making.
- Experience in Injecton moulding, blow moulding, extrusion, BOPP. Experience in Carton production, Plastic production (ceiling), wrapper production; will be of great advantage.
- An excellent record of exceeding all set KPI’s in demanding manufacturing environments
- Proven communication, interpersonal, leadership, and team building skills required
- Strong sense of business acumen, strong organizational and time management skills as well as general computer skills
- Proven leadership skills that is able to lead a team to achieve business objectives.
