Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support in all areas of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
• Administer employee benefits, including open enrollment and benefits fairs
• Conduct employee relations investigations and provide guidance on company policies
• Develop and implement employee training programs
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
• 2+ years of experience in human resources
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.

Salary
N300,000 - N450,000 / month.
