Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled Mobile App Developer to join our team and help build and maintain the mobile applications for our ride hailing platform.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in developing high performance, user friendly mobile apps and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (backend developers, designers, product managers) to deliver high quality features.
• Optimize app performance for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues in production environments.
• Ensure apps are secure, compliant, and follow best practices for mobile development.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 - 7 years of experience in mobile app development (iOS, Android, or cross platform).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in native mobile development:
• iOS: Swift, Objective C, and Xcode.
• Android: Kotlin, Java, and Android Studio.
• Experience with cross platform frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Familiarity with state management (e.g., Redux, Provider) and UI/UX best practices.
• Knowledge of push notifications, geolocation services, and maps integration (e.g., Google Maps, Mapbox).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• Familiarity with app security best practices (e.g., data encryption, secure authentication).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks for mobile apps (e.g., XCTest, Espresso).
• Domain Specific Knowledge (Preferred)
• Experience working on ride hailing, logistics, or on demand service apps.
• Familiarity with real time tracking, ride matching algorithms, and payment gateway integrations.
