Job Overview

• Our client in the real estate industry is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by creating and selling innovative real estate and investment products.
• This role focuses on engaging potential clients and investors, fostering trust, and building lasting relationships.
• The ideal candidate will bring creativity, financial expertise, excellent communication skills, and a leadership presence both in person and on-camera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• A Specialised certification in Business Development or Real Estate Management is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, investment management, or a similar role within real estate, infrastructure, or finance.

Salary

• N250,000 - N500,000 per month.
• HMO, Commission on sales.
