Job Description
Role Overview:

• The QA Engineer ensures that both backend and frontend components meet high-quality standards by developing and executing comprehensive test strategies.
• This role works collaboratively with developers and product teams to identify, document, and resolve defects, maintaining a robust regression test suite and automated testing framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Strategy & Design: Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites for new and existing functionalities.
• Manual & Automated Testing: Execute manual test scenarios and automate repetitive tasks using tools likeSeleniumorJest.
• Bug Identification & Tracking: Collaborate with developers to identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Release Management: Ensure timely, high-quality releases by integrating testing activities intoCI/CDpipelines andAgileworkflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and report on testing progress; refine test processes and automation strategies for improved coverage and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Interested candidates should posses a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a solid background in bothmanual and automated testing.
• Strong experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Jest, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Proficient in creating and executing test plans,test cases, andregression suites.
• Experience working in Agile environments with familiarity in Agile/Scrum processes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of bug tracking tools such as JI. Aor similar platforms.
• Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries for database testing and validation.

Salary
N600,000 - N800,000 monthly.
