Job Title: Inventory Officer

About the Role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory across branches, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring stock levels are efficiently monitored and replenished.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all inventory accounts.
- Establish and implement inventory control systems to improve efficiency.
- Maintain and reconcile stock across branches daily.
- Prepare weekly reports summarizing stock balances and movements.
- Generate monthly stock reconciliation reports, highlighting discrepancies.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure branches never run out of stock.
- Track and account for bad stock.
- Analyze different suppliers to obtain cost-effective deals.
- Order new supplies to prevent inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
- Track the shipment of goods and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct daily analysis to predict potential inventory issues.
- Assess stock levels to identify shortages and make necessary orders.
- Perform quarterly physical stock audits across branches and prepare reports.
- Prepare annual stock reports for management.
- Ensure proficiency in accounting software for inventory management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 1 - 4 years previous experience in inventory management, procurement, or related roles
- Must reside in or around Surulere, Lagos.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
