Job Title: Inventory Officer

About the Role

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory across branches, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring stock levels are efficiently monitored and replenished.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all inventory accounts.
• Establish and implement inventory control systems to improve efficiency.
• Maintain and reconcile stock across branches daily.
• Prepare weekly reports summarizing stock balances and movements.
• Generate monthly stock reconciliation reports, highlighting discrepancies.
• Monitor office supplies and ensure branches never run out of stock.
• Track and account for bad stock.
• Analyze different suppliers to obtain cost-effective deals.
• Order new supplies to prevent inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
• Track the shipment of goods and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct daily analysis to predict potential inventory issues.
• Assess stock levels to identify shortages and make necessary orders.
• Perform quarterly physical stock audits across branches and prepare reports.
• Prepare annual stock reports for management.
• Ensure proficiency in accounting software for inventory management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 1 - 4 years previous experience in inventory management, procurement, or related roles
• Must reside in or around Surulere, Lagos.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
