We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Supervisor - AO

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of plastic injection moulding processes to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Monitor and control process parameters to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Check each machines Calibration for optimum output
• Manage and allocate workforce efficiently to achieve production goals.
• Provide guidance and training to operators and technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
• Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process
• Ensure products meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications.
• Identify and address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Diagnose and resolve processing related issues to minimize downtime and defects.
• Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor closely that safety rules are followed and address potential hazards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Degree (Electrical, Mechanical or Production)
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ hands on experience in Plastic Injection Molding Process.
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience of Supervisory Level
• Good interpersonal skills able to work well with others.
• Able to read and write reports and good verbal communication skills
• Able to learn about the machines, products, and processes quickly
• Possess the right competencies and are confident to fulfil our expectations for this role

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
