We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: M&E Results Management Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

• Designing M&E frameworks, defining indicators, and creating tools for data collection.
• Overseeing accurate data collection, conducting analysis, and ensuring data quality.
• Preparing and maintaining M&E reports, documenting results, and sharing insights with stakeholders.
• Tracking performance against targets, identifying gaps, and recommending adjustments.
• Collaborating with teams, donors, and partners, providing training, and promoting data use for decision-making.
• Training staff on M&E best practices and developing M&E guidelines.
• Ensuring M&E activities meet donor requirements and compliance standards.
• Promoting lessons learned, maintaining knowledge management systems, and supporting program improvements.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience

• First Degree in Social science, from a reputable institution
• Certified project management Personnel (PMP) will be an Advantage
• Must be able to use Microsoft suite effectively
• Ability to work with a project Management ERP solution
• At least 5 years post qualification experience in similar role.
• Technical knowledge and skills in results-based management
• Strong interpersonal skills,
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with clients
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Desirable:

• Strong understanding of M&E frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Knowledge of global M&E standards, such as relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability.
• Understanding of donor requirements and how to ensure compliance with funding agencies M&E guidelines.
• Ability to ensure data accuracy and report consistency
• Ability to adapt M&E strategies and tools to different project contexts and dynamic environments.
• Understanding how to incorporate gender-sensitive approaches and track results for marginalized or vulnerable groups.
