Job Title: Telesales Officer / Telemarketer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and close sales
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on leads
• Meet and exceed sales targets in a dynamic environment
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills
• Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related role
• Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM tools.
