- To oversee the R&D, testing and evaluation of their products to ensure the highest possible international food standards are met and adhered to.
- The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record in wheat testing and evaluation, dough-science and the role of enzymes in flour/wheat sectors.
- You should be an expert in the flour/wheat testing sector and associated equipment and techniques.
