Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and minimizing financial risks.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure projects meet the required standards and specifications.6. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive management of potential issues.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.8. Lead and manage project teams, including site staff, engineers, and administrative personnel.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 - 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of success.
• Professional certifications, such as PMP, CM, or LEED AP, are desirable.
• Excellent project management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in construction software and technology.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
