Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Mowe, Ogun State.
• The successful candidates will have a strong background in HR management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage diverse groups of workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies to align with business objectives
• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills
• Manage performance management and appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Analyze HR data and provide insights for business improvement

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management
• B.Sc / HND in a relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations)
• Membership of a professional organization such as CIPM or its equivalent
• Proven ability to manage diverse groups of workers
• Proficient in Basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
