Job Title: Human Resources officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection:

• Posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, screening applicants, and making hiring decisions.

Onboarding:

• Orienting new employees to company culture, policies, procedures, and work systems.

Employee Training and Development:

• Identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and tracking employee development.

Performance Management:

• Setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:

• Managing employee benefits packages, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.

Employee Relations:

• Addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and maintaining positive relationships within the workforce.

Compliance Management:

• Ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations regarding discrimination, harassment, safety, and labor standards.

Policy Development and Implementation:

• Creating and updating employee handbooks and policies.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Generating HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and identify trends

Qualifications

•  Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations or related course with 3 years experience.
