Shulifang Biotechnology is a fast growing company situated in the Lekki free zone Lagos state. we are into the production of FMCG products such as Detergent, liquid soap, edible oil, PET bottles, face powder, perfumes, etc.

Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

• We're seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our cosmetic products to existing and new customers.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers
• Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops
• Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of sales experience in the beauty or cosmetic industry
• Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
