Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve sales target.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans, aligned with the company's overall sales strategy.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related fields.
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Familiarity with the industry, market trends, and competitors.
