Job Title: Patching Bariman

Location: Sabon Wuse, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Patching Bariman to join our team. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the inspection, breaking, and lining of furnace components, ensuring that all work is done according to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspection of Farma for furnace lining.
• Break and replace furnace lining as required.
• Inspect coil coating to ensure proper application.
• Set Farma according to standard dimensions.
• Inform Melter In-Charge of proper Farma setting.
• Heat and mix ramming mass according to standard procedures.
• Manually poke till half position of the crucible.
• Perform pneumatic hammering and vibrating with appropriate pressure.
• Prepare launder top and platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience in furnace operations and maintenance.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Candidate should reside within Abuja, Niger, Kaduna or its environs.
