Job Title: Inventory Manager

Job Summary

  • The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management processes, ensuring that materials are accurately tracked, stored, and managed.
  • This role is essential for maintaining efficient operations, optimizing stock levels, and supporting the production team to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate tracking of raw materials and finished products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for reordering supplies to avoid stock outs or overstock situations.
  • Analyze inventory reports and metrics to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding purchasing and production planning.
  • Work closely with the production, architects, and sales teams to forecast inventory needs and support overall operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all inventory practices comply with company standards and safety regulations, conducting regular audits and cycle counts.
  • Utilize inventory management software to maintain accurate records and streamline inventory processes.
  • Train staff on inventory procedures and best practices to promote a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
