Job Title: Graphics Designer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer with strong video editing skills to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs and editing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and communication goals.

Responsibilities
Graphic Design:

• Create marketing materials, including banners, social media graphics, brochures, logos, and infographics.
• Develop creative concepts and execute designs that capture the essence of brand messaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure designs meet project requirements.

Video Editing:

• Edit and produce engaging video content for promotional campaigns, social media, and websites.
• Add special effects, transitions, text, and music to enhance video quality.
• Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms and formats.

Brand Consistency:

• Maintain visual consistency across all projects.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and company standards.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and sales teams) to meet project goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative content ideas.

Staying Updated:

• Keep up with design and video editing trends, tools, and software to ensure high-quality outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Expertise in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and 3D design is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of photography and videography.
