Job Summary

Skills and Qualifications
Educational Requirements:

  • A Degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • 4 - 10 years experience in property or facility management.
  • Familiarity with managing short-term rental properties.
  • Track record in coordinating maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Experience with vendor negotiation and management.
  • Proven Sales Expertise in the hospitality sector

Essential Skills:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance and repairs.
  • Customer service expertise

Work Environment:

  • This role requires both on-site and remote work.
  • The Facility Manager should be available to handle emergencies, including after work hours and on weekends.

Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
