We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Niger

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production schedules to meet targets while optimizing resource utilization.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers to prevent production delays.
• Work closely with quality control teams to ensure compliance with GMP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure all documentation aligns with regulatory standards for audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and logistics teams to enhance production efficiency and streamline operations.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations in the production area to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Pharm.
• M.Sc. in Pharmtechnology will be an added advantage
• A registered Pharmacist with a valid annual license to practice.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing of Syrups, Capsules, Tablets, and Infusions.
• Experiencein Regulatory affairs processes with a thorough understanding of cGMP regulations, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and quality systems.
• Willingness to work in shifts as needed to support production operations.
