Job Title: Superintendent Pharmacist

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse personnel, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of pharmaceutical products in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain optimal storage conditions to preserve the quality and efficacy of pharmaceutical products.
• Oversee inventory control to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Implement safety protocols to mitigate risks and enhance warehouse security.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and distribution teams to optimize warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance of warehouse operations with PCN, NAFDAC, and GMP regulations.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for regulatory audits and inspections.
• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of raw materials and finished products.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree with a valid PCN license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in warehouse operations, including handling of raw materials and finished products.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
