Job Title: Spa Manager

Job Summary

• The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth. 
• This role involves managing staff, maintaining facilities, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring a relaxing and high-quality experience for clients. 
• The Spa Manager plays a key role in promoting the spa's services, fostering a positive work environment, and upholding the spa's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in spa management or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and products.
• Proficiency in spa management software and scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Female (Single).

Salary
N300,000 - N600,000 monthly.
