Job Description

• The Mining Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of mining operations to ensure optimal productivity, safety, and environmental compliance.
• This role involves managing resources, developing operational strategies, and leading teams to achieve production targets while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards.
• The Mining Manager plays a key role in driving efficiency, innovation, and sustainability in mining activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field (a Master’s degree is an added advantage).
• 8+ years of experience in mining operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of mining methods, equipment, and environmental regulations.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale mining projects and achieving production goals.
• Proficiency in mining software and operational planning tools.

Salary
N1,200,000 - N1,800,000 / Month.
