Job Title: Sales Team Lead, Tech-Logistics

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Major Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Address team challenges and ensure consistent performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales initiatives with business goals.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Track and analyze sales data to optimize performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Leverage CRM software and sales analytics tools to optimize sales processes and track performance metrics.

Requirements

  • BSc/ HND Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a Sales manager role, preferably in the Logistic/Transport firm and Financial institutions.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and Leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and other sales enablement technologies.
