Responsibilities
Transportation Services:

• Drive company executives, employees, or clients to meetings, events, and other business-related destinations.
• Ensure timely and efficient travel according to the specified schedule.
• Navigate through traffic and follow the most efficient routes while maintaining safety.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is clean, fuelled, and in good working condition.
• Report any issues or damages to the vehicle for repair and maintenance.
• Ensure the vehicle is equipped with necessary items like an emergency kit, maps, or documents.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when transporting sensitive individuals or documents.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance checks.
• Keep track of travel logs and report to management if necessary.

Customer Service:

• Provide high-quality customer service by being professional, polite, and discreet with passengers.
• Assist with luggage or other tasks as required.
