Job Summary
- A dynamic tech solutions provider is seeking experienced Sales Associates to drive partner acquisition and revenue growth.
- The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in B2B tech sales and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify, engage, and onboard new business partners, targeting a minimum of 10 new partnerships monthly.
- Drive employee adoption within partner organizations, ensuring a minimum of 5 employees per partner engage with our platform monthly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in partner organizations.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions' value proposition.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, maintaining detailed documentation of partner interactions and agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the partner onboarding experience and ensure successful implementation.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing partner accounts.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, partner engagement, and revenue forecasts.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Guide partners through the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to successful onboarding.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes and best practices.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand our partner network.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth partner transitions and ongoing satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B tech sales, preferably in SaaS or enterprise solutions
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the B2B tech landscape and sales methodologies
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience with partner acquisition and relationship management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
