We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Ode Remo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Report project status and updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Age Requirement: 25-40 years.
