Job Summary

• We are seeking enthusiastic and smart female Junior Retail Executives to man our Container Experience Centres and retail stands. 
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for engaging with clients as they walk into the store, providing them with a memorable shopping experience, and educating them about our sustainable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Approach and welcome clients as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Skipper Green products and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Sales Support: Assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions, answer queries, and provide product demonstrations.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the Container Experience Centre is always clean, wellorganized, and visually appealing.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, report any shortages, and assist with restocking as necessary.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
• Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage customers and build lasting relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. o Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for sustainability.
• Basic knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems is an advantage. 
• Appearance: Presentable and professional demeanour.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
