We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Talent Capability Development Manager - Golden Pasta

Location: Iganmu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Purpose of the Job

  • Lead the capability development for all Pasta BUs (Pasta, Noodles, Snacks/BFC) across sites, providing leadership and manage the delivery of capability development programs. 
  • Ensure the building of critical competencies required for business success. 

The Job

  • Lead the development and delivery of activities within the Learning & Development, and Talent strategy for employees within Pasta businesses, ensuring effective integration and alignment of all departments. 
  • Develop and manage the efficient delivery of all initiatives on coaching, mentoring and other succession tools. 
  • Build technical and production capabilities through the establishment of apprenticeship scheme. 
  • Drive and sustain Pasta Academy to create a learning organization 
  • Liaise with all Heads of Departments and the Business Unit leaders to constantly upskill all Process Production employees (Raw materials/Silos operatives, process operators and interns). 
  • Support Manufacturing excellence and certification programs to ensure that Pasta BU maintains all standards, ISO and HSE activities around area of responsibility. 

Qualifications

  • HND / B.Sc. in a relevant discipline. 
  • Coaching, CIPM, Training Professional certifications. 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR Management, 3 of which must be in a similar capacity in an FMCG. 

The Person Must:

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to align talent development initiatives with overall business strategy and future needs. 
  • Possess strong problem-solving abilities and organizational abilities. 
  • Strategic thinking mindset and experience in developing training roadmaps.
