Job Description

• The Regional Security Operations Manager will oversee security operations within Lagos and Oyo, ensuring the protection of assets, personnel, and business continuity. 
• The role involves operational leadership, risk assessment, and compliance with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement security strategies across regional sites.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Supervise and train security personnel within the assigned region.
• Coordinate security operations with law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
• Investigate security incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry security standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and regional security challenges.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
• Ability to travel between Lagos and Oyo as needed.
