Job Overview
- Our client is looking for an Accounting Manager and Finance Business Partner to provide clear direction and strategy for the accounting team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure accountability for achieving results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance.
- ICAN, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications.
- 5+ years of accounting experience in financial services, accounting/advisory firm, cpg/fmcg, manufacturing or plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and a finance generalist mindset
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and experience implementing or optimizing financial software is preferred.
