Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our brand, products, and customer preferences to effectively communicate the brand’s story and values to customers.
  • Drive sales by engaging with customers, offering personalized styling advice, and helping them find products that match their needs.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience that drives repeat business.
  • Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Assist in maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-stocked, displayed, and organized.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences, sales trends, and potential product improvements to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a premium or luxury fashion retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
  • A passion for fashion and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer management software is a plus.
