Job Description

  • The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical) for easy retrieval of important documents.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and professional communication.
  • Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and event planning for staff or executives.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary to maintain efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information and documents.
  • Assist with any additional tasks or projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • HND / BSc in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and document preparation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
