Job Opportunity

  • We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as a Real Estate Sales and Marketing team.
  • In this role, the ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our properties / real estate products, as well as developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • The primary goal will be to generate leads, attract potential buyers, and close sales transactions successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our real estate listings.
  • Monitor social media platforms and online advertising campaigns to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in property events and exhibitions.

Sales and Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to promote real estate properties effectively
  • Identify target markets and potential buyer segments to maximize outreach and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Generate qualified leads through various channels, including online advertising, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.

Sales Negotiation and Closing:

  • Engage in effective sales negotiations to achieve favourable outcomes and secure sales contracts.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess HND or B.Sc qualifications in Marketing or other related courses, with 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly, plus sales commissions.
