We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Farm Production Manager

Location: Iyana-Offa, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement policies, procedures, and practices for the operation of crop production and ensure compliance.
• Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, tillers, etc.).
• Data collection and record-keeping skills, maintain time and production records.
• Implement cost-saving measures and optimize resource utilization.
• Maintain accurate records of farm activities, including planting dates, harvesting yields, and input usage.
• Oversee the post-harvest handling/storing of crops.
• Train workers in work procedures, safety policies, and the use of machinery and tools.
• Implement pest control and disease prevention measures where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field preferred.
• 3 - 5 years provenexperience in farming, cassava cultivationand other a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in farm supervision.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle physical farm activities when required

Salary
N80,000 / Month.
