Job Summary

• The Project Executive (Events) will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of events, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
• This role involves coordinating vendors and resources, managing event timelines, and ensuring seamless execution to deliver successful and impactful events.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Allocate resources effectively and manage project budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare project reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain documentation of all project-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
