Job Summary
- We are looking for a results-driven Global Payout Business Development Manager to lead the sales and market expansion of our global payout solutions.
- This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue for Anchor's cross-border payment products.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand Anchor's footprint in the cross[1]border payments space
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate target markets and grow client acquisition
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with Anchor’s clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, negotiations, and escalations
- Achieve sales targets by promoting Anchor’s global payout solutions to key customer segments
- Design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client-specific needs and drive revenue growth
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive strategies, and customer demands relevant to Anchor's services
- Provide insights to Anchor's product team to enhance payout offerings
- Collaborate with Anchor’s financial partners, payment providers, and other stakeholders to expand the company’s payout capabilities.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and deliver accurate revenue forecasts to Anchor’s leadership team
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and business development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales within the payments or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments and global payout systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
