Job Purpose

• The position is responsible for providing on-site services for Courierplus Corporate customers to ensure excellent service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely pickup of client’s shipment.
• Raise waybills and ensure capture of all pickups on TrackPlus.
• Quality assurance to ensure shipments are properly packaged and well documented.
• Supervises Courier/Driver pickup and drop-off activities to ensure proper handling, process compliance, and behaviours representing CourierPlus business values.
• Ensures timely issue resolution.
• Give daily reports of items picked and delivered to the station.
• Verifies completeness of all clients’ transactions with CourierPlus.
• Escalate any impending service failure.
• Must readily be available to perform any other job function authorized by CourierPlus.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with relevant work experience.
