Job Title: Bartender

Job Summary

• As a Bartender, you will provide exceptional guest service, craft signature cocktails, and maintain a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails, and snacks
• Maintain knowledge of menu, drinks, and promotions
• Provide exceptional guest service and interact with customers
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Participate in wine and spirits training and development.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience as a Bartender or in hospitality
• Certification in mixology or bartending (desirable)
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and spirits
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in English
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a luxury hotel or high-end bar
• Certification in hospitality or customer service
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills
• Wine and spirits knowledge.
