We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Payable Officer

Location: Igando, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage all account outflow matters i.e. external transactions.
• Inventory management of all company’s assets.
• Maintain a database of all our customers and a report should be sent at the end of every month
• Ensure the Sales Representative return the used invoice to the company before issuing of another
• Prepare Invoice of customer LPO
• Prepare LPO update
• Prepare Customer ledger
• Manage updates of sales record
• Update on customer incentives
• Stock taking and inventory of all products.

Qualifications

• B.Sc/HND in Accounting
• At least 3years of relevant experience
• ICAN Certification
• Proficiency in Excel and Accounting Software.
