Job Title: Architect

Location: Abuja (FCT) & Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly skilled Architect to design, plan, and oversee construction projects. 
• The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and project management skills to ensure efficient execution and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and plan new architectural projects.
• Develop and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage construction teams, subcontractors, and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure high construction standards.

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
