Job Title: Sales Officer (Telemedicine)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite

Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Officer in telemedicine with a strong background in sales and marketing of digital solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, and new business by actively promoting and selling the company's telehealth services to potential healthcare providers and patients, building relationships, and closing deals.

Responsibilities 

  • Contribute to market research, including identifying the market potential of the medical sector and finding opportunities for growth;
  • Implement a strategy for introducing new medical products to the potential markets;
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through qualification, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build long-term relationships with new customers through daily contact, presentations, and frequent visits;
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals;
  • Accurately track and update customer information, sales activity, and pipeline data in the CRM system to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.

Education, Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum of BSc / HND in Sales, Marketing, or any related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Officer with the use of digital solutions or any tech-related solution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Good English language skills (both spoken and written)
  • An excellent communicator
  • Proficiency in telemedicine platforms and technology to effectively demonstrate the service's capabilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and telephone systems
  • Understanding of the challenges faced by startup businesses
  • Strong desire to learn about new solutions
  • An organized and results-oriented approach, a challenge-driven personality;
  • The ambition to generate strong earnings by identifying potential market
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Charismatic,
  • Preferably female (for gender balance)
